2. Appointments

Appointments can be made through our booking form, by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified as early as possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are “from” prices and may vary depending on the complexity of the service. Final quotes will be confirmed before any work begins.
Payments are accepted via cash or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. All payments must be made in full upon delivery of the service.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients are requested to give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. No refunds will be issued for services already rendered. In case of dissatisfaction, please contact us within 3 days of service delivery so we can address your concerns.

5. Liability

We take the utmost care in handling all garments and equipment. However, Sheymen Ltd is not liable for any damage caused by wear and tear, prior defects, or mishandling before delivery to us. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

All content on this website (including text, images, and logo) is the property of Sheymen Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Privacy
