At Sheymen Ltd, we aim to provide every client with a professional, high-quality tailoring experience. We understand that occasionally circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel or query a service.

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted for our tailoring and private sewing services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• You cancel a booked service with at least 24 hours’ notice

• The service has not yet been delivered or commenced

• There is a verifiable issue with the quality or delivery of the service

2. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

• The service has already been performed (e.g., alterations completed, lessons given)

• The garment was altered to agreed specifications but the client changed their mind

• The issue relates to natural wear and tear, misuse, or prior defects in the garment

3. Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of the service delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for review.

4. Refund Process

• Your full name

• Date and type of service

• Reason for the refund request

• Supporting evidence if applicable (e.g. photos)

We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, where partial services were delivered or minor adjustments are required, a partial refund or free correction may be offered at our discretion.

6. Changes to this Policy

Sheymen Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
